USCIS offices open amid government shutdown

With the United States government having entered a partial shutdown earlier this week, many government agencies will cease operation, including immigration agencies. As a result, aspects of the EB-5 process will be significantly delayed.

However, the USCIS offices worldwide will remain OPEN. Investors can continue to file petitions and individuals should still report to any scheduled interviews and appointments.
