The Third Annual Las Vegas EB-5 Conference took place January 15 & 16, 2016 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO-2) returned as a keynote speaker, and attendees will benefit from timely legislative analysis on the EB-5 Regional Center Program extension. A strong expected presence of over 50 leading migration agency executives will give attendees the opportunity to build valuable EB-5 connections across the globe.

NES Financial provided, and Executive Vice-President, Reid Thomas, moderated a panel discussing EB-5 money in the bank. The panel included Andrew Pan of East West Bank, Christopher Howley of Sandler O’Neill & Partners LP, and Francisco Turner and Richard Smith of Banc of California.

EB-5 workshops will offer small-group coaching on foundational concepts –

EB-5 Legal Workshop: Designed for attorneys and all two-day ticketed attendees. Three seminars will cover concepts such as source of funds issues and how to evaluate EB-5 project documents for immigration compliance. Space for this workshop is limited.

EB-5 Due Diligence Workshop: Designed for migration agents, the seminar will cover due diligence matters and conclude with legislative analysis. Space for this workshop is limited.

Saturday, January 16th
The one-day conference will deliver a premier educational and networking experience for all attendees and sponsors.
