The SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type II examination (formerly SAS 70) is a recognized standard that mandates a thorough examination of a business’ operations and procedures. This examination is the same standard that banks must adhere to in order to maintain their bank charter.
There is no requirement for NES Financial to undergo this examination. However, as a leader in establishing best practices in the industry, we voluntarily undergo the comprehensive examination by one of the nation’s leading CPA firms each year. This includes an in-depth examination of how we manage our technology, services, and operations across the markets we serve, including EB-5 and 1031 exchanges. Successfully completing the examination each year reinforces NES Financial’s commitment to providing the best technology, systems, and processes for our customers. This is the tenth straight year that NES Financial has been involved with such compliance examinations.
NES Financial provides solutions to bring security, transparency, and compliance to highly specialized financial transactions. These benefits are well received by the markets we serve. Our suite of Intelligent EB-5 Solutions has been used on more than 350 projects representing over $14 billion in capital – more than any other EB-5 solution on the market.
When it comes to 1031 exchanges, our team of experts can facilitate all types – forward, reverse, and program.
