NES Financial Offers Innovative Finance Seminar to Support Commercial Real Estate Developers

Leading Experts will discuss EB-5 Solutions at Las Vegas seminar in May

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 3, 2011 – NES Financial (NESF) continues its leadership role by offering commercial real estate developers an innovative solution to finance their projects through investments from high net worth foreign investors.

The “Alternative Financing Techniques through Federal EB-5 Regional Center Development” breakfast seminar will reveal the benefits of a valuable financing alternative for commercial real estate developers to fund their projects on May 24, 2011 in the Las Vegas Hilton hotel. NES Financial will present their best practices for escrow administration at the seminar. In addition, other leading experts on the EB-5 Immigration Investor Pilot Program will discuss in-depth how a Regional Center works, how to qualify for funding, and how the EB-5 financing solution can improve a commercial real estate developer’s business.

A Regional Center obtains its designation from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”). Regional Centers are a private enterprise, corporation or a regional governmental agency with a targeted investment program within a defined geographic region that are focused on creating jobs for U.S. workers.

The USCIS allocates 10,000 visas each year for the EB-5 program, 3,000 of which are specifically reserved for immigrants who invest through a USCIS approved Regional Center. The Regional Centers in turn aid foreign investors by professionally directing and managing their capital investments toward designated businesses within the EB-5 statutory and regulatory framework.

“Our EB-5 Seminar is tailored to specifically help commercial real estate companies find new ways to finance their projects,” said Michael Halloran, president and CEO of NESF. “The EB-5 solution gives real estate companies a new way to develop and expand their businesses while creating U.S. jobs.”

Immigrant capital invested through the EB-5 Immigration Investor Pilot Program has been estimated to be over $600 million.
