San Jose, CA, June 17, 2016 – With the rapid growth in NES Financial’s private equity fund administration business, the company recently expanded its New York City operations with the hire of Justin Flanagan as Managing Director.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Flanagan joins NES Financial from Markit, where he was recently head of Midwest sales and account management for five years. Prior to that, he held multiple roles at Thomson Reuters and began his career in fixed income trading before moving into software sales at Marvin Software.
NES Financial provides an independent, comprehensive, and compliant institutional-quality fund administration solution for managers of private equity funds, enabling them to stay focused on raising and retaining capital while minimizing resource constraints and maximizing oversight for investors and regulators.
The company’s comprehensive fund administration solution is designed to meet the needs of private equity investors and fund managers. Private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds are just some of the few clients who can benefit from greater compliance, enhanced marketability, and improved operational performance, thanks to the NES Financial solution.
“We view the hiring of Justin Flanagan as a sign of NES Financial’s commitment to being the leading company in the private equity industry. The introduction of our new, innovative solutions and the increasing demand from our customers led us to look for someone who would share our commitment to providing exceptional service,” said Christian Lyndes, NES Financial Senior Vice President of Sales. “His experience will play a key role in providing and implementing high quality solutions for our clients and helping increase NES Financial’s strong presence in New York City.”
