Advanced Technology and EB-5 industry expertise make NES Financial’s EB-5 Escrow Administration Solution the leading solution among Regional Centers
SAN JOSE, CA, July 13, 2011 – NES Financial, a leading provider of trust and escrow technology and services, has announced their agreement with Florida-based Mirzam Investor Green Card (MIGC) Regional Center to deploy their EB-5 Escrow Administration Solution in support of MIGC’s aquaculture farm projects.
The agreement provides MIGC with NES Financial’s eSTAC-based administrative solution that delivers transactional transparency, funds security and administrative efficiency to EB-5 investors. The solution combines leading financial expertise with a proven cloud-based technology platform to administer complex multi-party escrows.
“Mirzam Investor Green Card and Florida Organic Aquaculture are committed to making a positive impact in the worldwide aquaculture industry predicated on world class operations and production facilities,” said Clifford Morris, President of Mirzam Investor Green Card, LLC. “We were very impressed with NES Financial’s solution, and in particular, their extensive knowledge of EB-5 escrow administration. Their level of expertise is consistent with our world class operational goals, and their services provide our Regional Center and our investors with a level of customer service that is unmatched.”
NES Financial’s team of experts have over 20 years of experience providing innovative financial solutions that meet the needs of new market niches. Their fail-safe technology enhances the administrative process for many EB-5 Regional Centers, while providing the most stringent security practices in the industry.
Created by congress in 1990, the EB-5 program encourages foreign investment in government-approved projects to create U.S. jobs. A foreign investor is required to invest a minimum of $500,000 in a federally approved project, and leading EB-5 Regional Centers like MIGC hold each applicant’s deposit in an escrow account pending approval of the investor’s I-526 application by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Through the program, foreign investors are given the opportunity to become lawful permanent U.S. residents.
“We are pleased that Mirzam Investor Green Card has chosen our EB-5 Escrow Administration Solution to administer the escrow accounts for their aquacultural project,” said Michael Halloran, NES Financial’s CEO and President.
“Our goal is to assist Regional Centers that are committed to world class operations like Mirzam Investor Green Card to administer their investors’ accounts in a highly streamlined process, from initial setup through ongoing reporting,” continued Halloran. “This agreement demonstrates that our solution is meeting the market needs of EB-5 Regional Centers by providing a efficient, transparent and secure way to administer the escrow process and protect all parties involved in EB-5 transactions.”
