It’s that time again where members of the EB-5 industry campaign for election and re-election for various positions on the IIUSA Board of Directors. NES Financial is pleased to announce that our own Jill Jones is up for re-election this year.
NES Financial has always been a big supporter of IIUSA, having sponsored their annual conferences for the past five years. Several members of the NES Financial team, including Jill, have also been members of various IIUSA committees, such as the Best Practices Committee, Editorial Committee, Banking Committee, Technology Committee, and Membership Committee.
A highly regarded practitioner, frequent speaker, and author, Jill provides guidance in the EB-5 market, working directly on over 450 offerings. As Assistant General Counsel, she has collaborated with industry leaders, veterans, and newcomers, which allows her to bring valuable, unique, and comprehensive understanding of the sector to the Board. In fact, Jill helped develop today’s early release escrow structures and participated in the interview which led to the USCIS’ acceptance of the escrow holdback structure.
Jill is also an active participant in IIUSA, having served on the Best Practices Committee prior to her election to the Board the first year it was expanded to 13 members. Her daily exposure to the diversity of industry stakeholders provides her the opportunity to hear firsthand the membership’s current needs and represent those voices and opinions with IIUSA Leadership.
We ask for your support in voting for Jill in this week’s primary. She would prove a valuable asset to the IIUSA Board and membership.
