Job description

The Program Management office is a key part of NES Financial’s core team. We are looking for a smart, dynamic and execution focused project leader who will have the opportunity to drive discipline and structure through client engagements. You will be required to facilitate smooth delivery for key clients, supporting growth and performance at NES Financial. You will drive high impact, high visibility initiatives and projects requiring skills spanning from technical to business, from systems to processes, and from personal to digital engagement. You must work with internal and client business sponsors to drive client value and success.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead and inspire a world-class team to enable efficient and productive service for our clients
  • Build trust with clients, executive stakeholders, and the functional teams
  • Drive for clarity to keep teams moving forward
  • Provide visibility into risks, schedules and cross-functional dependencies
  • Build plans that are easy to understand and have just enough detail to keep the team on track
  • Communicate progress against plan within and beyond the project team
  • Ensure escalations to the appropriate stakeholders are done early and often
  • Assist team with making appropriate commitments through prioritization
  • Empower the team to self-organize
  • Support and hold resources accountable for their responsibilities and commitments
  • Contribute to an environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Embrace automation to replace repeatable, operational tasks
  • Seek constructive feedback, and provide the same to colleagues

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience with at least 2-3 years on SaaS/cloud technology projects
  • Keen reader of people and culture, building relationships to make things happen
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on project management
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior leadership, technical, and non-technical team members
  • Capacity to engage at both technical and strategic levels
  • Effective in customer-facing situations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you wear multiple hats and do what it takes to get things done
  • Highly functional in a dynamic, challenging environment
  • BA/BS degree with a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification a plus
